Aesthetic Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Perform non-invasive treatments, including laser therapies, under medical protocols
• Assess client eligibility by reviewing medical history and obtaining informed consent
• Administer treatments with precision to ensure client comfort and satisfaction
• Maintain detailed and accurate client treatment records
• Educate clients on treatment benefits, risks, and post-treatment care
• Build trust and rapport with clients to ensure a positive experience
• Partner with the clinic team to maintain a clean and organized environment
• Support clinic goals by promoting additional services and skincare products
• Follow all safety protocols and infection control standards
• Regularly inspect and maintain clinic equipment

Requirements

• Associate degree
• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) regularly
• Ability to work 11-hour shifts, 4 days per week
• Ability to commute to home clinic and periodically travel to other locations
• Ability to stand and sit for long periods and lift inventory

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with appointment scheduling platforms like Zenoti
• Experience in aesthetics, dermatology, customer service, or sales
• Knowledge of skin types, treatment indications, and pre/post-care requirements
• Advanced interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and team collaboration abilities
