Aesthetic Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Present and promote customized no-downtime laser facials tailored to client skincare needs
• Discuss the importance of medical team skincare protocols
• Support clinic success by improving efficiency and accuracy in business processes
• Assist with training, coaching, and developing staff members
• Establish and maintain effective client retention processes
• Partner with the clinic team to provide an inclusive and enjoyable workplace

Requirements

• Associate degree
• Current State Nursing License (RN)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Ability to work weekends and specific weekdays (Monday or Friday preferred)
• Ability to commute to the home clinic and periodically cover other locations
• Physical ability to sit, stand for long periods, and lift inventory

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse
• 2 years of experience in Skin Care, Aesthetics, or customer service
