Aesthetic Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Present and promote customized no-downtime laser facials tailored to client skincare needs
• Discuss the importance of medical team skincare protocols
• Support clinic efficiency and accuracy in all business processes
• Assist with training, coaching, and developing staff members
• Maintain effective client retention processes
• Partner with the clinic team to foster an inclusive and enjoyable workplace

Requirements

• Associate degree
• Current State Nursing License (RN)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association
• 3 years of work experience in a clinical environment as an RN
• Ability to work weekends and clinic operating hours
• Ability to commute to the home clinic and periodically travel to other locations

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in Skin Care/Aesthetics or customer service
• Senior Laser Practitioner License or Senior Cosmetic Laser Practitioner certification
