Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical operations by providing training, evaluations, coaching, and competency assessments for clinical staff
• Create, update, and maintain standing orders, consent forms, and treatment forms annually
• Work with Medical Directors to ensure standing delegation orders are in place and reviewed annually
• Host monthly meetings with midlevel providers to maintain consistent standards across locations
• Perform in-depth patient interviews, reviewing risks/benefits and obtaining signed consents
• Ensure all medical protocols, HIPAA, and regulatory compliance programs are in place
• Research leading medical skincare lines, new technologies, and new services
• Administer all service offerings and maintain up-to-date education in the aesthetic space
• Review and sign assigned treatment charts and provide clinical oversight
• Provide prescriptions as needed for patients
• Develop training strategies for new locations and services

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) License and active Nurse Practitioner (NP) License
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an aesthetic injector
• American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers certification
• Strong knowledge of aesthetic lasers, skin treatment procedures, and medical practice management
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle for transportation
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift/push up to 50lbs
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
