Aerospace Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for aerospace positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement
• Partner with clients to understand job requirements, technical skills, and cultural fit needs
• Source candidates using job boards, ATS systems, LinkedIn, referrals, and industry networks
• Build and maintain strong pipelines for high-demand aerospace roles such as Aircraft Assemblers, Mechanics, Avionics, and Quality Inspectors
• Conduct pre-screen interviews to assess experience, certifications, and compliance requirements (including ITAR where applicable)
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and ensure timely updates
• Negotiate offers and support onboarding processes
• Stay informed on aerospace industry trends, labor market conditions, and salary benchmarks

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in a staffing or agency environment
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong understanding of technical job requirements and skilled trades roles
• Familiarity with ATS systems and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting within the aerospace, aviation, or manufacturing industries
• Prior experience specifically as a sourcer or sourcing specialist
• Knowledge of ITAR and aerospace compliance requirements
• Experience managing high-volume or urgent hiring needs
