About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform internal audits in workshops (aerospace maintenance – Part 145 or 21)
- Coach operational teams in regulatory compliance
- Identify discrepancies and manage improvement plans
- Conduct technical audits with subcontractors
- Manage a panel of repaired parts suppliers
- Develop and manage the supplier audit schedule, including critical audits
- Perform quality audits at supplier sites
- Monitor non-conformities and associated action plans
Requirements
- Engineering degree or Master's degree (Bac+5)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality and auditing
- Proven experience in quality auditing within the aerospace sector
- Solid mastery of Part 145 or 21 regulations
- Experience in aerospace maintenance environments and/or supplier management
- Professional proficiency in English (written and oral)
- Rigor, autonomy, and excellent communication skills
