Responsibilities
- Pilot all project phases from launch to final delivery
- Manage technical and quality teams on-site
- Monitor schedules, budgets, and performance indicators
- Coordinate communication between internal teams and clients
- Provide reporting to the Business Unit Manager
- Identify risks and manage corrective actions
- Promote best practices and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Industrial, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of confirmed experience in aerospace project management
- Knowledge of aerospace standards (EN9100, ISO 9001)
- Strong team management and technical coordination skills
- Leadership, rigor, and analytical mindset
- Proficiency in French and professional English
