About the role
Responsibilities
- Proactively manage all aspects of new aerospace customer projects through the Engineer-to-order (ETO) process.
- Lead cross-functional teams including Sales, Engineering, Testing, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Supplier Management.
- Manage project schedules, deliverables, and risk management to ensure delivery on-cost, on-schedule, and with high quality.
- Ensure effective communication with project teams, sponsors, steering committees, and international customers.
- Act as the local ETO process expert, responsible for deployment and continuous improvement within the manufacturing unit.
- Contribute to the development of innovative products for demanding aerospace applications.
Requirements
- Experience leading projects in a team environment.
- Master's Degree in engineering or a similar field.
- Fluent in English with excellent spoken and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project management certification.
- Experience with Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP+).
- Previous experience within the aerospace industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally on a limited basis.
