Aerospace Project Manager - NPI

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage all aspects of new aerospace customer projects through the Engineer-to-order (ETO) process.
• Lead cross-functional teams including Sales, Engineering, Testing, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Supplier Management.
• Manage project schedules, deliverables, and risk management to ensure delivery on-cost, on-schedule, and with high quality.
• Ensure effective communication with project teams, sponsors, steering committees, and international customers.
• Act as the local ETO process expert, responsible for deployment and continuous improvement within the manufacturing unit.
• Contribute to the development of innovative products for demanding aerospace applications.

Requirements

• Experience leading projects in a team environment.
• Master's Degree in engineering or a similar field.
• Fluent in English with excellent spoken and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Project management certification.
• Experience with Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP+).
• Previous experience within the aerospace industry.
• Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally on a limited basis.
