About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and advance a qualified pipeline of customer leads within military, aerospace, and aviation markets
- Serve as a customer-facing technical representative, leading discussions to communicate product portfolios and engineering capabilities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential customers through regular engagement and in-person interaction
- Travel extensively (18+ weeks annually) to support customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product briefings, and marketing materials
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Marketing, and Business Development teams to support product positioning
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s Degree strongly preferred)
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in RF engineering, RF systems, or antenna systems
- Strong working knowledge of antenna parameters and RF performance characteristics
- U.S. Citizenship required due to access to technical data subject to government contract restrictions
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively (minimum of 18 weeks per calendar year)
- Valid U.S. passport and ability to travel internationally in compliance with ITAR and EAR regulations
- Excellent technical writing and verbal communication skills
