About the role
Responsibilities
- Participate in concurrent engineering and validate product definition
- Finalize assembly process definitions and associated means
- Pilot and monitor activities of collaborating services (Tooling, component industrialization, production means, etc.)
- Create articles and nomenclatures
- Launch and monitor manufacturing requests
- Create assembly instructions and manage evolutions
- Draft APQP deliverables including Flow charts, Process Risk Analysis, and Manufacturing plans
- Support production launch
Requirements
- Minimum Bac + 2 degree
- Experience in assembly industrialization or industrialization/production of machined parts and sheet metal
- Knowledge of SAP, PLM Teamcenter, and CATIA V5 consultation
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Mastery of manufacturing processes for metallic and composite elementary parts
