Aerosol Line Coordinator I

Responsibilities

• Operate machines and production equipment safely in accordance with instructions
• Set up or adjust equipment according to manufacturing specifications
• Monitor output quality to identify or discard faulty products
• Maintain accurate daily production, efficiency, and quality records
• Coordinate team assignments, including manpower and materials, to maximize production efficiency
• Perform line quality checks and collect/deliver samples as requested
• Keypunch data into computer systems and verify record accuracy
• Confirm warehouse receipts match actual items for components and bulk
• Orient and train new employees and assist in their evaluation

Requirements

• Ability to work 3rd shift (10:45 pm - 6:45 am, Sunday night through Friday morning)
• Experience with machine operation and equipment setup
• Proficiency in quality monitoring and data entry
• Strong team coordination and leadership skills
• Ability to assist in training and orienting new staff
