Responsibilities

• Lead aeronautical projects from needs analysis to implementation
• Coordinate and manage a team of engineers
• Ensure respect for quality, cost, and deadline (QCD) objectives
• Manage project planning, workload estimation, and team skill development
• Lead technical reviews and progress meetings with internal teams and clients
• Act as the primary technical interlocutor for clients
• Analyze project needs and ensure technical feasibility of proposed solutions
• Anticipate operational risks and implement preventive action plans
• Guarantee the quality of client deliverables

Requirements

• Master's degree in Engineering (Bac+5)
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the aeronautics sector
• Professional proficiency in English
• Experience with certification support and compliance dossiers
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
• Strong leadership and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management within an aeronautical environment
