Aeronautical Reliability & Maintenance Feedback Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze technical maintenance reports and intervention data for military aeronautical fleets to support operational maintenance (MCO).
• Characterize technical events and identify trends, recurrences, or anomalies across different maintenance levels (Line, Intermediate, and Workshop).
• Structure and consolidate large volumes of technical data to ensure the reliability of technical databases.
• Perform critical and reasoned analyses of technical facts to produce clear, actionable summaries.
• Create decision-support tools and reports for reliability, maintenance, and engineering teams.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams, reliability experts, and logistics support engineers to optimize spare parts needs and continuous improvement processes.

Requirements

• Engineering or technician degree in aeronautical maintenance, mechanical engineering, or aeronautical logistics support.
• 7 to 10 years of experience in a military aeronautical maintenance environment (ideally within SIAé or PART 145 workshops).
• Proficiency in technical English is mandatory for an international environment.
• Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis, pivot tables, and data structuring.
• Strong ability to read and interpret complex maintenance documentation and equipment removal justifications.
• Analytical rigor and the ability to synthesize complex data into clear messages.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data analysis or reporting tools such as Power BI.
