Aeronautical Production Team Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise aeronautical maintenance activities for engines, aircraft, and equipment
• Manage and coordinate teams of technical experts, mechanics, and technicians in the workshop
• Drive the execution of engine overhaul projects and aircraft maintenance schedules
• Ensure strict compliance with occupational safety and flight safety requirements
• Monitor activity levels, meet production objectives, and manage client relations
• Propose innovative solutions to improve processes in a competitive environment

Requirements

• Bac +2/3 with 5-10 years of operational management experience (production unit, repair shop, or technical office)
• OR Bac +5 (Master or Engineering degree) with initial management experience
• Proficiency in English (both written and oral) for technical environments
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make clear decisions under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience within the aeronautical industry or a similar technical sector
• Proven ability to develop and mentor team members
