Responsibilities

• Lead production under the responsibility of management, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality requirements
• Organize and supervise production activities, coordinating teams and technical resources to ensure smooth operations
• Participate in continuous improvement of manufacturing processes by identifying and implementing optimizations
• Guarantee compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards throughout the production process
• Collaborate with other departments such as design, logistics, and maintenance to ensure global chain performance

Requirements

• Engineering degree or Master's degree (Bac+5) in industrialization/production
• Minimum 4 years of experience in production within the industrial sector
• Mastery of industrial processes and production management
• Knowledge of quality and safety standards
• Proficiency in continuous improvement methodologies and technical software
• Strong communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills
