Aeronautical Lot Manager

Responsibilities

• Pilot projects related to aeronautical production, from needs analysis to implementation
• Supervise Technical Leaders and provide functional management for teams of engineers and consultants
• Implement and monitor performance KPIs (quality, deadlines, costs, technical efficiency)
• Manage steering committees with clients and internal technical departments
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including design, industrialization, production, quality, and supply chain
• Analyze project needs and ensure technical feasibility of proposed solutions
• Anticipate industrial and operational risks and implement preventive action plans
• Ensure compliance with aeronautical standards and regulations (Part 21G, Part 145, EN9100, DO-178, DO-254)

Requirements

• Engineering degree or Master's degree (BAC+5) in industrial/mechanical engineering, production, supply chain, or industrial quality
• 3 to 5 years minimum experience in technical project management within aeronautics, space, naval, or automotive industries
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or Primavera
• Knowledge of lean management methodologies (6sigma, 5S, KAIZEN, GANTT)
• Understanding of aeronautical industrial and regulatory constraints
• English proficiency at C1 level
