Responsibilities

• Pilot production projects from needs analysis to implementation
• Supervise Cluster Leaders and manage functional teams of engineers and consultants
• Guarantee quality, cost, and deadline (QCD) objectives including workload estimation and planning
• Manage steering committees with clients and internal technical departments
• Analyze project needs and ensure technical feasibility of proposed solutions
• Anticipate industrial and operational risks and implement preventive action plans
• Ensure compliance with aeronautical standards and regulations

Requirements

• Engineering degree or Master's degree (Bac+5) in Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 4 years of experience in technical project management within the aeronautics sector
• Proficiency in organizing aircraft remaining work interventions
• Experience in non-conformity tracking and root cause analysis
• Ability to coordinate production support activities
• Proficiency in updating production activity reporting and indicators
• Professional fluency in English (written and oral)
