Responsibilities

• Assist in the procurement, consultation, planning, and selection of suppliers
• Negotiate contracts and prices for raw materials, equipment, and aircraft systems
• Collaborate on competitive intelligence strategies regarding cost, quality, and innovation
• Manage supplier relationships through performance indicators
• Assess supplier risks and establish mitigation actions
• Prepare ad hoc contractual documents including research and cooperation agreements
• Control and analyze procurement costs
• Coordinate communication between internal departments and external suppliers

Requirements

• Degree in Management, Economics, Law, or similar field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement and supply chain roles
• Experience in an aeronautical OEM or Tier-1 supplier preferred
• Demonstrated experience in contract negotiation and supplier contact
• Knowledge of aeronautical materials, manufacturing processes, and regulations
• Advanced proficiency in English
• Proficiency in MS Office, SAP/ERP, and analytical tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience detailing supply contracts for aircraft equipment and systems integration
• Knowledge of raw material, system, and aircraft equipment markets
• Experience in aircraft development and industrialization cycles
• Experience in public procurement
