About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as a technical liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, and AEM development teams
  • Analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications for AEM solutions
  • Support the design, development, configuration, and deployment of AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations
  • Provide guidance on AEM best practices related to architecture, performance, security, and scalability
  • Collaborate with UX, QA, DevOps, and content teams to ensure end-to-end solution alignment
  • Assist with integrations between AEM and external systems such as APIs, analytics, and DAMs
  • Troubleshoot and resolve AEM-related issues across development, QA, and production environments

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with AEM (AEM 6.x or AEM as a Cloud Service)
  • Strong understanding of AEM architecture, including Sites, Assets, DAM, workflows, and OSGi
  • Hands-on experience with Sling, JCR, HTL (Sightly), and REST APIs
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Adobe certifications (AEM Developer, Architect, or Business Practitioner)
  • Exposure to Adobe Experience Cloud tools such as Adobe Analytics or Adobe Target
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments like AWS or Azure
  • Basic knowledge of React
