AEM Enterprise Architect

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver digital marketing platform strategies leveraging the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem.
• Lead enterprise architecture and solution design for complex, large-scale digital transformations.
• Engage with C-level and VP-level stakeholders to translate business goals into scalable technology solutions.
• Define and implement multi-solution architectures across Adobe platforms and integrated systems.
• Conduct discovery workshops to gather and consolidate business and technical requirements.
• Develop technology roadmaps aligned with digital transformation goals and business objectives.
• Lead distributed delivery teams across onshore, offshore, and nearshore models.
• Establish best practices, frameworks, and reusable assets such as templates and methodologies.
• Support pre-sales and sales cycles through technical solutioning and presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• 5+ years of experience as an Adobe Experience Cloud practitioner, developer, or architect.
• Proven expertise in AEM Sites and AEM Assets (including AEM 6.x and AEM as a Cloud Service).
• Strong proficiency in Java/J2EE, OOP, design patterns, and Java frameworks like Spring or Struts.
• Deep knowledge of Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, and Adobe Campaign.
• Experience with Adobe Real-Time CDP, AEP, and Adobe Journey Optimizer.
• Understanding of omnichannel digital marketing, CMS/WCM, and eCommerce/CRM integrations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Marketo, Workfront, and Adobe security models/SSO.
• Proficiency in creating UML diagrams (Use Case, Sequence, Deployment).
• Expertise in Apache Sling, CRX, and AEM workflows/MSM.
