AEM Architect

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust AEM architecture solutions focusing on scalability, security, and performance.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, providing technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into effective AEM solutions.
• Oversee the integration of AEM with enterprise applications and third-party platforms.
• Define and implement performance optimization strategies, including caching and CDN integration.
• Conduct architecture and code reviews to ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
• Build prototypes and proof-of-concepts to evaluate emerging technologies and solution approaches.

Requirements

• 8+ years of IT experience with deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager.
• Proven track record as an AEM Architect on enterprise-scale implementations.
• Hands-on experience with AEM 6.4, 6.5, or AEM as a Cloud Service.
• Deep understanding of Apache Sling, Apache Felix, OSGi, Oak Repository, and HTL.
• Strong Java development skills and experience designing scalable REST APIs.
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and automated deployment pipelines.
• Experience deploying and supporting solutions within AWS environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Adobe Experience Manager Architect Certification.
• Experience with headless AEM architectures.
• Experience with enterprise content management platforms and digital experience ecosystems.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
