About the role
Responsibilities
- Triaging patients upon arrival and prioritizing care based on severity
- Administering initial treatments and life-saving interventions to stabilize patients
- Monitoring and recording vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patient conditions
- Assisting the medical team with diagnostic tests and result interpretation
- Administering medications and intravenous therapy as prescribed
- Initiating and maintaining intravenous access
- Assisting with minor procedures, wound care, and patient immobilization
Requirements
- NMC Registration (minimum 6 months)
- 6 months of A&E experience within the last 12 months
- Ability to provide 2 clinical references covering the last 3 years of work
- Compliance with DBS and Occupational Health requirements
- Documented proof of Right to Work in the UK
