A&E Nurse

Responsibilities

• Perform initial patient examinations to assess needs
• Apply dressings and administer pain relief medication
• Determine appropriate department referrals
• Complete all clinical paperwork and discharge forms
• Coordinate care transitions with paramedics
• Arrange hospital admissions when necessary
• Collaborate with doctors to update patients and families on results
• Liaise with laboratory personnel regarding findings
• Monitor basic observations including pulse, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation

Requirements

• NMC Registration (minimum 6 months)
• Minimum 6 months clinical experience
• Compliance with DBS, Occupational Health, and clinical reference requirements
• Valid Right to Work in the UK
