Responsibilities

• Provide legal advisory in insurance for Santander Group's business areas, focusing on products, services, and commercial partnerships.
• Support the creation, review, and implementation of insurance products and services to ensure legal security and regulatory compliance.
• Act in a consultative capacity regarding insurance, brokerage, product distribution, sales channels, and digital journeys.
• Draft and review contracts, legal opinions, commercial materials, and documents related to Santander Brokerage operations.
• Advise on new product projects, changes in conditions, campaigns, and operational improvements.
• Collaborate with business areas, compliance, risk, internal controls, products, and operations.
• Participate in meetings and working groups with market entities and regulatory bodies.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on the institution.
• Validate communications directed to customers, partners, and distribution channels.
• Conduct contractual negotiations with internal clients and external partners.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal consultancy within the insurance market.
• Proven experience providing legal advisory for insurers, brokers, or financial institutions.
• Deep knowledge of insurance market regulations, specifically SUSEP and CNSP.
• Experience in drafting and negotiating contracts and providing legal support for insurance products and operations.
• Analytical and collaborative profile with strong communication skills for interacting with business areas.
