About the role

Responsibilities

  • Supervise Volunteer Advocates in NH Family Courts in accordance with court protocols and CASA of NH standards
  • Coach Volunteer Advocates throughout child protection cases to ensure they have the knowledge to speak up for children
  • Ensure all court case data and files are accurate and up to date
  • Collaborate with community partners, including court personnel and the Division of Children, Youth & Families
  • Conduct monthly volunteer support groups and identify training needs for the leadership team
  • Leverage interpersonal skills to empower and retain a dedicated network of volunteers

Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree and 5+ years of professional experience
  • Proven experience supervising staff or volunteers
  • Experience delivering training with enthusiasm and energy
  • Strong computer and data proficiency, including comfort with proprietary case-tracking software
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work respectfully with diverse populations and multi-stakeholder groups

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the juvenile court or child protection system
