About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise Volunteer Advocates in NH Family Courts in accordance with court protocols and CASA of NH standards
- Coach Volunteer Advocates throughout child protection cases to ensure they have the knowledge to advocate effectively
- Ensure all court case data and files are accurate and up to date
- Collaborate with community partners, including court personnel and the Division of Children, Youth & Families
- Conduct monthly volunteer support groups and provide regular input regarding training needs to the leadership team
- Leverage strong interpersonal skills to empower and retain Volunteer Advocates
Requirements
- Associate's Degree and 5+ years of professional experience
- Proven experience supervising staff or volunteers
- Experience conducting training with enthusiasm and energy
- Strong computer and data proficiency, including comfort with proprietary case-tracking software
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work respectfully with diverse populations and multi-stakeholder groups
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of the juvenile court or child protection system
