Advocacy Engagement Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Champion Jewish student advocacy programming and campaigns
• Manage advocacy-related issues and monitor incidents of antisemitism
• Implement advocacy campaigns and manage student leadership groups
• Cultivate relationships with campus clubs, faith groups, and university administrators
• Identify and engage uninvolved student populations to build authentic relationships
• Mentor and develop student leaders and oversee student interns
• Plan and execute campus programs, including Israel engagement strategies
• Manage social media platforms to boost engagement and visibility
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track advocacy interactions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 0–2 years of relevant professional or volunteer experience
• Understanding of Jewish identity and a connection to Israel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build authentic relationships with students
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle (asset)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in campus leadership, interfaith initiatives, or volunteer engagement
• Demonstrated commitment to community or advocacy work
