Advocaat-Stagiaire Banking & Finance

Responsibilities

• Work on diverse international transactions within the full spectrum of Banking & Finance
• Gain practical experience by being actively involved in the practice group from day one
• Collaborate daily with colleagues and clients both in the Netherlands and globally
• Participate in international practice group meetings and intensive training sessions
• Support the team on cross-border leveraged finance, corporate lending, securitizations, structured finance, and restructurings

Requirements

• Completed Master of Civil Law (Master of Civiel Recht)
• Demonstrable affinity with Banking & Finance
• Fluent in both Dutch and English
• Ambitious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-growing practice
• Experience gained during an internship at a similar law firm is preferred
