Responsibilities

• Work on complex rental cases and real estate transactions within an international legal environment
• Draft and review legal documentation for commercial real estate, including offices, shopping centers, hotels, and industrial buildings
• Support sustainable energy projects such as wind and solar farms
• Collaborate closely with lawyers, notaries, tax specialists, and other professionals within the firm
• Maintain contact with both Dutch and international clients
• Participate in the professional legal training program and the internal Baker Academy

Requirements

• Master of Dutch Law (or nearly completed)
• Demonstrable affinity with real estate and transaction practice through internships or relevant work experience
• Excellent proficiency in both Dutch and English
• Ambitious, proactive, and structured mindset with a high degree of responsibility
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
