Responsibilities
- Build and execute strategies for working with enterprise partners, including training teams and setting up joint operations
- Handle the whole partnership life cycle from onboarding to expansion and renewal
- Act as the voice of the customer to understand business needs across partner enterprises
- Leverage deep understanding of financial services workflows to develop joint solutions
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and GTM teams to deliver solutions
- Establish KPIs and reports to track and measure partnership success
- Build strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations
- Help land multi-million dollar contracts and steer Generative AI strategy for major financial firms
- Ensure high-quality user experiences by working hands-on with users
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in a front office finance position, specifically sales & trading
- Outstanding project management and communication skills
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Action-oriented mindset with creative problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as an early employee at a hyper-growth startup
- Knowledge of LLMs and transformer architectures
