Advisory Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic discussions with client senior management regarding business transformation and healthcare landscape issues
• Manage end-to-end consulting projects, ensuring task execution, data organization, and meeting coordination
• Build and nurture senior-level client relationships to drive business and strategy development
• Structure and develop high-impact client deliverables using PowerPoint and data-based storytelling
• Motivate, coach, and mentor junior team members to drive project success
• Address complex business challenges and identify opportunities for disruptive innovation

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Applied Math, Statistics, or a related field with 4 years of management consulting experience
• OR a Bachelor's degree in a related field with 6 years of progressive management consulting or business solution delivery experience
• Proven experience in business development and managing end-to-end projects
• Strong client-facing experience with a track record of building and managing relationships
• Proficiency in SQL and ability to perform data-based storytelling
• Strong business and financial acumen

• Experience working within the healthcare industry
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor diverse project teams
