Advisory Director - Asset Management

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies for market expansion
• Build and manage a pipeline for asset management, program transformation, and capital planning
• Identify emerging market opportunities and regulatory drivers
• Build and maintain senior-level relationships with asset-intensive organizations and private infrastructure owners
• Lead business development from initial contact through proposal, negotiation, and contract close
• Collaborate with technical leaders to design multidisciplinary solutions
• Represent the company at industry conferences and professional associations
• Mentor staff in business development and proposal activities

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in business development, consulting, or advisory roles
• Experience within infrastructure, asset management, or engineering industries
• Proven track record of selling complex, multi-service advisory engagements
• Strong understanding of infrastructure asset management and lifecycle planning
• Existing industry network
• Executive-level communication and presentation skills
