Responsibilities

• Build and execute strategies for working with enterprise partners, including training teams and setting up joint operations
• Handle the whole partnership life cycle from onboarding to expansion and renewal
• Act as the voice of the customer to understand business needs across partner enterprises
• Leverage deep understanding of financial services workflows to develop joint solutions
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and GTM teams to deliver solutions
• Establish KPIs and reports to track and measure partnership success
• Build strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations
• Help land multi-million dollar contracts and steer Generative AI strategy for major financial services firms
• Ensure high-quality user experiences by working hands-on with users

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in a front office finance position (specifically corporate or commercial banking)
• Outstanding project management and communication skills
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented
• Action-oriented mindset with creative problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as an early employee at a hyper-growth startup
• Knowledge of LLMs and transformer architectures
