Advisory Consultant, Security & Resilience Consulting

Responsibilities

• Lead resilience-focused consulting engagements across the EMEA region to strengthen customer security and operational resilience.
• Act as a subject matter expert in resilience solutions, managing large and complex customer engagements.
• Deliver technical and executive-level resilience workshops and manage complex Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Provide thought leadership on industry best practices to align resilience strategies with business and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain full lifecycle ownership of resilience solutions, from requirements gathering and design to implementation and delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customer stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions from consultation to production.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of experience in consulting delivery and technical resilience roles.
• Deep technical knowledge in Data Protection, Backup & Recovery, Business Continuity, and Disaster Recovery.
• Strong understanding of the wider IT landscape, including Network, Storage, Compute, and Replication.
• Comprehensive knowledge of cyber security regulations such as DORA, NIS2, and other relevant EMEA frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage application dependency analysis and recovery automation within complex IT environments.
• Advanced customer communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong technical writing skills for developing customer-ready process documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing physical and logical isolation (network segmentation, environment separation).
• Knowledge of Target Operating Model (TOM) design, including governance and processes.
• Experience designing and implementing automated recovery solutions using orchestration or scripting.
• Familiarity with the TOGAF framework.
