Advisory AI Strategist

Responsibilities

• Shape AI engagement plans in key accounts by partnering with account teams and senior customer stakeholders
• Lead AI discovery, problem framing, and diagnosis to uncover blockers to AI adoption and value realization
• Design or improve AI operating models and governance frameworks to transition proofs of value into production solutions
• Align stakeholders across business, IT, data, and risk functions around AI priorities and decisions
• Partner with AI Architects and Data Specialists to define scope, success criteria, and readiness for production rollouts
• Define adoption and enablement approaches, including change management and training, to build long-term customer capability
• Represent Dell’s AI Factory strategy in executive discussions alongside Enterprise Architects and Sales leaders

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in enterprise consulting, analytics, AI/ML programs, or transformation-led sales
• Proven experience leading multi-stakeholder initiatives from strategy through execution
• Strong skills in problem framing, discovery, and root-cause analysis of organizational and process issues
• Experience designing or refining operating models and governance frameworks
• Exceptional stakeholder management and facilitation skills with business and IT executives
• Strong communication and storytelling skills to translate AI capabilities into business narratives
• Solid business acumen with the ability to connect GenAI use cases to measurable value
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and Dell locations as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data/Analytics, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience engaging senior executives (Director level and above) on major transformation initiatives
• Swedish language skills
