Advisory AI Strategist

Responsibilities

• Lead AI discovery, problem framing, and diagnosis to uncover blockers to AI adoption and value realization.
• Co-design AI operating models and governance frameworks, including roles and decision rights, to support secure scaling.
• Drive stakeholder alignment by mapping decision makers and facilitating workshops across business and IT functions.
• Partner with AI Architects and Data Specialists to define scope and success criteria for proofs of value and production rollouts.
• Define adoption and enablement approaches, such as change management and training, to build long-term customer capability.
• Represent Dell’s AI Factory strategy in executive discussions alongside Enterprise Architects and Sales leaders.
• Provide field-based feedback to improve Dell AI Factory offers and playbooks.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in enterprise consulting, analytics, AI/ML programs, or transformation-led sales within large organizations.
• Proven experience leading multi-stakeholder initiatives from strategy through execution.
• Strong skills in problem framing, discovery, and root-cause analysis of organizational and process issues.
• Experience designing or refining operating models and governance frameworks.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage senior executives.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills to translate complex AI capabilities into clear business narratives.
• Solid business acumen with the ability to connect GenAI use cases to measurable business value.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data/Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience engaging Director-level executives and above on major transformation initiatives.
