Advisor - Safety, Health & Environment

Responsibilities

• Supervise Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) protocols to ensure project compliance
• Integrate SHE standards into all stages of the project lifecycle
• Conduct safety audits, site inspections, and develop effective corrective action plans
• Perform detailed risk assessments, incident investigations, and environmental impact assessments
• Guide and influence project teams to maintain high safety and environmental standards
• Utilize SHE management systems and relevant software tools to monitor performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in SHE roles, specifically focusing on project supervision
• Professional certifications such as NEBOSH or OSHA
• Comprehensive knowledge of UAE and international SHE regulations and standards
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is considered a plus
• Ability to work effectively within a multicultural environment
