Advisor III, Tender & Commercial Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the full tender lifecycle, including opportunity screening, bid/no-bid evaluation, and proposal development
• Prepare and submit high-quality technical and commercial proposals within required deadlines
• Coordinate with technical, operations, finance, legal, and supply chain teams to gather accurate data
• Develop and validate pricing strategies, cost models, and margin analyses for inspection services
• Conduct commercial risk assessments and recommend mitigation actions
• Provide the sales team with competitive intelligence and market-based pricing benchmarks
• Act as the central communication focal point between internal stakeholders and external customers
• Track the tender pipeline and analyze win/loss data to identify improvement opportunities
• Support contract reviews to ensure commercial terms align with company policies

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
• 5 years of relevant experience with a Degree, or 10 years of experience with a Diploma
• Fluency in English (both written and oral)
• Expert knowledge of MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in sales scoping, qualification, and proposal presentation
