About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve specific sales targets and maximize sales opportunities on every call
- Use scripts and probing techniques to determine customer needs and offer appropriate products or services
- Maintain broad knowledge of products, pricing, promotions, and procedures
- Ensure service meets contractual sales goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Greet customers in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner
- Listen attentively to customer concerns and demonstrate empathy to build rapport
- Clarify customer requirements and use available tools to provide effective resolutions
- Prepare accurate work documentation and appropriately note customer accounts
- Answer billing questions by explaining various components of customer accounts
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Strong communication and negotiation skills (written and verbal)
- Basic computer navigation and PC knowledge
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle repetitive tasks
- Ability to work as a team member and independently
- Ability to rotate shifts as needed
- Strong attention to detail and dependability
Preferred Qualifications
- Three to six months of previous sales experience
