About the Company
Flock's mission is to provide every retiring landlord with the most cost-efficient and seamless exit. Our first product is a tech-enabled 721 Exchange for residential landlords, allowing owners to contribute properties into a professionally managed Fund in exchange for passive equity ownership.
Responsibilities
- Execute systematic outreach including 40–60 touches per day via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Deliver credible first conversations explaining Flock's product and tax-deferred real estate strategies
- Qualify prospects and book meetings with the Partnerships team
- Manage meeting logistics including confirmations, reminders, and pre-meeting briefing notes
- Maintain tight Salesforce hygiene to ensure pipeline integrity
- Provide field intelligence regarding advisor objections and competitive products to the product and marketing teams
Requirements
- 1–4 years of high-activity financial services sales experience
- Direct experience calling financial advisors (e.g., internal wholesaler or internal sales consultant)
- High level of grit and discipline for high-volume outbound activity
- Strong EQ and ability to communicate with sophisticated RIAs
- Highly organized and process-driven with strong CRM fluency (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience at an alternative investment sponsor (DST, non-traded REIT, interval fund, QOZ, or private placement)
- Specific RIA-channel experience
- Ability to explain tax-advantaged real estate structures conversationally
