Advisor, Application Support

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level support for business applications to ensure maximum uptime and performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues in collaboration with development teams
• Monitor application performance and recommend improvements to enhance system efficiency
• Document support activities, maintain detailed logs, and develop comprehensive user guides

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in application support
• 3+ years of experience working with SQL databases
• 3+ years of experience in technical troubleshooting and issue resolution
• 6+ years of an equivalent combination of education, related experience, and/or military experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools
• Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and industry best practices
• Experience with automation and scripting languages
