Advise Senior Consultant - Higher Education

Responsibilities

• Conduct primary and secondary research using qualitative and quantitative methods to synthesize findings from interviews, surveys, and datasets.
• Manage project plans, risks, deliverables, and stakeholder communications across cross-functional teams.
• Produce concise, well-structured writing for executive audiences, including strategy briefings, point-of-view papers, and implementation roadmaps.
• Track and articulate the impact of emerging technologies, such as generative AI and automation, on the future of work and higher education business models.
• Help higher education clients assess, prioritize, and implement strategies within complex operating environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in a higher education setting (consulting or strategic/operational roles within an institution).
• Ability to travel 50% on average.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver client-ready work with limited supervision.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint, and hands-on experience with AI tools or data analysis tools.
• Comfort working in ambiguous problem spaces and structuring open-ended questions.
• Ability to translate complex analysis into actionable strategic and operational recommendations.
