Advertising Strategist

Responsibilities

• Support the full advertising lifecycle, including pre-sale research, prospecting, and development of client-facing materials
• Partner with sales leadership to build and present strategic media recommendations aligned to client objectives
• Educate clients and agencies on best practices to leverage PlugShare solutions
• Lead campaign setup and launch coordination across internal and external teams
• Monitor campaign pacing, delivery, and performance to identify optimization opportunities
• Analyze campaign performance and deliver data-driven insights and post-campaign reporting
• Translate performance data into actionable insights and narrative storytelling for clients

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience (or an advanced degree without experience)
• Strong understanding of digital media channels, targeting, and performance measurement
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data cleanup
• Proficiency in PowerPoint for building client-ready presentations with data visualizations
• High proficiency with data interpretation, reporting, and insight development
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Google Ad Manager, Amplitude, or Braze
• Experience supporting pre-sale research, campaign setup, or performance monitoring
• Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and campaign management workflows
• Passion for sustainability, electric mobility, and environmental causes
