Advertising Specialist

Responsibilities

• Design, manage, and optimize a range of SEA campaigns for international projects
• Plan, create, and manage campaigns on major platforms including Google Ads, Google Shopping, and Meta
• Track and report on campaign metrics to management, providing actionable insights to enhance lead quality
• Suggest and implement improvements for ad creatives and produce optimized ad copy for diverse audiences
• Collaborate closely with marketing and digitalization teams to align with broader marketing strategies

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience running professional advertising campaigns
• Proven track record as an SEA Specialist with experience in designing and launching successful campaigns
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Meta Ads Manager
• Fluent English (written and spoken); German language skills are a significant advantage
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and results-oriented mindset
• Experience with AI lead generation tools is considered a bonus
