Responsibilities

• Own and grow a revenue book across UK and EMEA agency and brand-direct accounts
• Pitch to media agency and advertiser organisations including digital, programmatic, and video planning teams
• Develop and execute territory-level sales strategies focusing on HoldCos and independent agencies
• Respond to briefs with tailored proposals translating video intelligence into performance outcomes
• Partner with Account Management to ensure seamless activation and identify expansion signals
• Support the EMEA introduction of QuantumPath, an agentic AI platform for multi-DSP campaign orchestration
• Serve as the EMEA market voice internally to shape product and marketing evolution
• Represent JWX at industry events

Requirements

• 6+ years of digital advertising sales experience in the UK and/or EMEA
• Deep familiarity with the media agency landscape
• Proven programmatic fluency with knowledge of DSPs (TTD, DV360, Amazon, Yahoo, Stackadapt), deal IDs, and PMPs
• Consultative, insight-led sales style
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build pipeline from scratch

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience at a video platform, SSP, DSP, or ad tech platform
