About the role
Responsibilities
- Own and actively monitor the OMS support channel, responding to user inquiries and escalating issues
- Collect and analyze troubleshooting data to identify patterns and opportunities for improvement
- Work with Product and Engineering teams to address identified issues
- Take ownership of select OMS features and initiatives
- Participate in stakeholder discovery meetings to gather requirements
- Organize and facilitate UAT sessions and synthesize end-user feedback
- Create and maintain detailed user guides for OMS
- Develop training materials and lead end-user training sessions for OMS releases
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in business operations, automation, sales planning, or account management
- Strong understanding of the digital and CTV advertising industry
- Strong analytical skills with ability to identify patterns from data
- Experience with order management systems and revenue optimization solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Experience with training facilitation
