Advertising Account Manager/BDR

Responsibilities

• Lead campaign kickoffs and manage the onboarding experience for new advertising partners
• Drive creative development by writing copy for native placements and coordinating mocks
• Build, QA, and launch campaigns within the company dashboard
• Manage performance through weekly client calls and data-driven reporting
• Optimize campaigns via targeting changes, creative refreshes, and budget allocation
• Drive retention, renewals, and upsells to grow existing accounts
• Conduct outbound prospecting to identify prospective advertising partners
• Generate qualified meetings and opportunities using email and LinkedIn

Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in account management, client services, or sales development within digital advertising or ad tech
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Comfort working with data and translating performance into actionable insights
• Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with native advertising, sponsorship campaigns, or influencer advertising
• Familiarity with CRM and reporting tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Google Ad Manager
• Basic copywriting or creative development experience
• Experience in a startup or early-stage company
• Strong understanding of digital media metrics like CTR, CPM, and engagement
