About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a base of local clients and agencies to achieve annual sales goals
- Analyze, develop, and present market research and advertising proposals to support client activities
- Seek new customers through continuous prospecting and execution of sales strategies
- Assist in developing marketing activities to generate local advertising revenue
- Coordinate with internal departments to manage advertising schedules, account activities, and collections
- Maintain up-to-date customer and prospect records and participate in sales forecasting
- Complete required documentation for contracts, advertising schedules, sales calls, and expense reports
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience
- Proven ability in prospecting and sales strategy execution
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as necessary
