About the role

Responsibilities

  • Recommend and book activities based on guest skill level and interest
  • Use property management systems to book activities and close checks
  • Assist with end of month inventory for shop supplies and daily trip logs
  • Build relationships with key vendors to supply activities
  • Ensure all trips are properly set up, including F&B orders and vehicle availability
  • Maintain accuracy of information shared between guests and vendors
  • Ensure vendors uphold service standards during guest interactions

Requirements

  • High school Diploma
  • One year of experience in a guest or customer service role
  • Knowledge of outdoor adventure activities in the surrounding area
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to work in adverse weather conditions and drive shuttles/cars
