About the role
Responsibilities
- Recommend and book activities based on guest skill level and interest
- Use property management systems to book activities and close checks
- Assist with end of month inventory for shop supplies and daily trip logs
- Build relationships with key vendors to supply activities
- Ensure all trips are properly set up, including F&B orders and vehicle availability
- Maintain accuracy of information shared between guests and vendors
- Ensure vendors uphold service standards during guest interactions
Requirements
- High school Diploma
- One year of experience in a guest or customer service role
- Knowledge of outdoor adventure activities in the surrounding area
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and solve problems
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work in adverse weather conditions and drive shuttles/cars
