About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain donor and gift data integrity within the CRM database to support fundraising and engagement activities.
- Process and record monetary contributions from various channels, ensuring accurate gift entry and timely acknowledgments.
- Perform regular data updates for alumni, parents, and corporate/foundation constituents.
- Coordinate prospect research, including wealth screening and donor profiling, to inform strategic pipeline development.
- Partner cross-functionally with the Business Office and Financial Aid to reconcile electronic payments and ensure accounting accuracy.
- Generate reports and analytics to track fundraising efforts, such as Day of Giving and annual campaign progress.
- Assist with matching gift programs and the creation of online giving forms.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 1-5 years of experience in an office environment (preferably in higher education, accounting, or financial services).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically word-processing and spreadsheet applications.
- High level of data accuracy and strong attention to detail.
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with high discretion.
- Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
